I support athletes in developing the mental skills necessary for peak performance. This includes areas such as focus, confidence, resilience, and goal-setting. I integrate mental skills training with my background in strength and conditioning and lifestyle coaching to provide a well-rounded performance approach.
I provide a more holistic approach to performance than most. My experience working as a performance coach have given me a deep knowledge that includes sleep, diet, exercise, recovery and other training variables essential to performance at the highest level.
Yes, I have extensive experience working with teams both in the introductary stages as well as being brought in to help mediate and manage existing issues.I like to work very closely with coaches and management to include them in my processes. I believe that all stakeholders play a role in creating a functional and high performing team.

I have experience working with junior athletes in various sports as well as professional athletes and teams across 20 different countries.I also have experience working with male and female athletes that participate in marginalized gender leagues.

In this modern time, remote work is extremely important as we have busy lives and often travel for work.I am available to meet online and work remotely and can accomodate time differences as well as your daily schedule.
